AS A TECH DRIVEN LEARNING ORGANIZATION, OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS IN THE CURATION OF RELEVANT AND EASILY CONSUMABLE DIGITAL CONTENT. THIS REQUIRES THE DESIGN, FILMING, AND EDITING OF THE MAJORITY OF LESSONS TAUGHT ACROSS ALL OFFERINGS. IN-PERSON PROGRAMS ALSO REQUIRE ADEQUATE ACCOMMODATIONS TO HOST PARTICIPANTS.
WITH INITIAL CONTENT CONSUMED THROUGH OUR ONLINE PORTAL, WE INTEND TO DEVELOP A MORE ROBUST MEMBER AREA WHICH CAN HOST A GREATER CATALOGUE OF CONTENT, HOUSE MEMBER CREATED CONTENT, FACILITATE CONNECTIONS AND GROUP INTERACTION, COLLECT FEEDBACK AND OFFER A GAMIFIED REWARD SYSTEM FOR PARTICIPANTS.
OUR OFFERINGS ARE MEANT TO SUPPLEMENT THE ACADEMIC EDUCATION RECEIVED IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE WITH REAL WORLD LIFE SKILLS. BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH THESE INSTITUTIONS IS INSTRUMENTAL IN OUR ABILITY TO PROVIDE A BROADER IMPACT AT A LOCAL LEVEL.
AS A DATA DRIVEN ORGANIZATION WE ACTIVELY TRACK OUTCOME MEASURES TO ENSURE THE EFFICACY OF OUR PROGRAMMING. LIKEWISE, WE AIM TO PERFORM LOCAL LONGITUDINAL RESEARCH STUDIES TO IDENTIFY NEEDS, TRENDS AND DISPARITIES ACROSS STUDENT, PARENT & TEACHER POPULATIONS. WE NEED SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF SYSTEM & DATABASE DESIGN AS WELL AS DATA ANALYSIS.
FACILITATORS ARE OUR HANDS-ON EXPERTS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING IN PERSON EXPERIENCES FROM THE ``BACK SEAT``. THIS REQUIRES BOTH A SPECIAL SKILL SET AND TRAINING. MOST COURSES ALSO INCLUDE SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES OR LESSONS BY FIELD EXPERTS WHICH REQUIRE COMPENSATION OUTSIDE OF NORMAL PROFIT SHARE AGREEMENTS.
TO GET OUR MESSAGE OUT AND REACH A LARGER POPULATION WE'RE DEPENDENT UPON A SOLID TEAM OF CONTENT CREATORS, COPYWRITERS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, WEB DEVELOPERS & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETERS WITH THE SYSTEMS TO SUPPORT THESE FUNCTIONS. WITH THE FOCUS ON BACK-END DIGITAL CONTENT, WE'RE SEEKING TO DESIGN A SPECIAL SERIES OF FREE TOOLS FOR A LARGER AUDIENCE TO ACCESS THROUGH YOUTUBE.
