CLASS & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
AS A TECH DRIVEN LEARNING ORGANIZATION, OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS IN THE CURATION OF RELEVANT AND EASILY CONSUMABLE DIGITAL CONTENT. THIS REQUIRES THE DESIGN, FILMING, AND EDITING OF THE MAJORITY OF LESSONS TAUGHT ACROSS ALL OFFERINGS. IN-PERSON PROGRAMS ALSO REQUIRE ADEQUATE ACCOMMODATIONS TO HOST PARTICIPANTS.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
WITH INITIAL CONTENT CONSUMED THROUGH OUR ONLINE PORTAL, WE INTEND TO DEVELOP A MORE ROBUST MEMBER AREA WHICH CAN HOST A GREATER CATALOGUE OF CONTENT, HOUSE MEMBER CREATED CONTENT, FACILITATE CONNECTIONS AND GROUP INTERACTION, COLLECT FEEDBACK AND OFFER A GAMIFIED REWARD SYSTEM FOR PARTICIPANTS.

AS A DATA DRIVEN ORGANIZATION WE ACTIVELY TRACK OUTCOME MEASURES TO ENSURE THE EFFICACY OF OUR PROGRAMMING. LIKEWISE, WE AIM TO PERFORM LOCAL LONGITUDINAL RESEARCH STUDIES TO IDENTIFY NEEDS, TRENDS AND DISPARITIES ACROSS STUDENT, PARENT & TEACHER POPULATIONS. WE NEED SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF SYSTEM & DATABASE DESIGN AS WELL AS DATA ANALYSIS.
FACILITATOR & EXPERT RECRUITMENT
FACILITATORS ARE OUR HANDS-ON EXPERTS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING IN PERSON EXPERIENCES FROM THE ``BACK SEAT``. THIS REQUIRES BOTH A SPECIAL SKILL SET AND TRAINING. MOST COURSES ALSO INCLUDE SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES OR LESSONS BY FIELD EXPERTS WHICH REQUIRE COMPENSATION OUTSIDE OF NORMAL PROFIT SHARE AGREEMENTS.

AS A NON-PROFIT WE'RE ACTIVELY SEEKING GRANTS TO HELP FUND BOTH THE YOUTH PROGRAMMING WE ARE OFFERING AS WELL AS SPONSORING THE RESEARCH COMPONENT OF OUR ORGANIZATION.

TO GET OUR MESSAGE OUT AND REACH A LARGER POPULATION WE'RE DEPENDENT UPON A SOLID TEAM OF CONTENT CREATORS, COPYWRITERS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, WEB DEVELOPERS & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETERS WITH THE SYSTEMS TO SUPPORT THESE FUNCTIONS. WITH THE FOCUS ON BACK-END DIGITAL CONTENT, WE'RE SEEKING TO DESIGN A SPECIAL SERIES OF FREE TOOLS FOR A LARGER AUDIENCE TO ACCESS THROUGH YOUTUBE.

There is so much more to life that impacts our likelihood of success. THE LEARNING MODEL
What happens when a flipped classroom meets professional development to create real world action
Students have busy lives, this is why curriculum is initially delivered at home on students own time. Curriculum consists of video guides, lectures, reference articles and additional reading assignments. Students are asked to take their own notes and document their own thoughts on the lessons learned.
We learn best by doing so all classes and programs are designed for students to spend hands on time developing, practicing and implementing lessons learned. This could range from setting up bank or retirement accounts, practicing movement and mindfulness exercises, creating a business, conducting mock interviews, practicing culinary skills, going on a grocery shopping trip, etc.
During “class” students share their key takeaways from the curriculum and how it applies to them. This allows for learning to occur through shared experience while accelerating the learning process and building communication skills for participants
As a data driven organization, we believe in the power of feedback cycles to drive growth. All classes and programs have built in peer and facilitator feedback loops. This set container for constructive feedback focuses on individual and group performance to enhance collaboration and further develop healthy peer to peer communication.
