This one day workshop is designed as the first in a two part series. It is designed to give students powerful tools to aid them in the transition from High School to independent living.
Day one of the series provides an immersive experience to help students:

- Hack Life to Boost Productivity
- Learn to Relax and Manage Stress
Day two of the series provides an immersive experience to help students:
- Find Power in Self-Identity & Honest Communication
- Build Self-Sustainability through Money Management
- Enhance Self-Responsibility to Overcome Obstacles
On both days we focus on
- Fueling Their Body through Healthy Nutrition/Cooking
- Finding the Power in Play and Functional Movement
