Who is this for?

Any High School, private or community sports team comprised of student athletes. We’ve spoken and worked with student athletes participating in any number of sports ranging from Dance to Football.

How much will this cost?

Nothing! This workshop is absolutely free for any sports team in San Diego. If you love the workshop we have other offerings to support your team.

What happens after I give my name & email?

That’s when the fun starts! After you register you will receive a confirmation email with a couple of extra questions and a link to schedule a meeting with our team. The questions give us a little more information about you and your team and the meeting is the perfect opportunity to explore your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Why are these topic areas important?

Overwhelm, stress and fatigue are all on the rise in our teenage population. Student Athletes live a grueling schedule between training (often year round), school, academic responsibilities, college readiness, social life, & home life. Many students get less than 6 hours of sleep per night which does not give their bodies a chance to grow and recover. The topics covered in this course give students a chance to build a routine to help them overcome fatigue and get the results they want.

Why is the free?

The Station Co-Lab Learning Institute is a non-profit organization. We rely on donations and community support in order to prepare young adults for the transition to independent living. We utilize this support to offer free services to the community. We also offer paid programs that go deeper into these topic areas while offering mentorship and hands on guidance to help reinforce the integration of the the potent lifeskills we teach.

Do you only work with specific sports or athletes?

We work with all student athletes, no matter the sport![/text_block]
